We would like to inform you that the deadline for abstract submissions has been extended to 26 May 2025, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could continue to share the call within your networks.

Here is a quick overview of the key information:

The conference will take place on 2–3 October 2025 in Linz, Austria, and is aimed at early-career researchers (Master’s students, Pre- or Post-Docs), particularly from the fields of economics, political science, and sociology. This year’s focus is on global crises, inequalities, and the challenges of a just socio-ecological transformation.

• Participation fee: none
• Travel costs: accommodation and train travel within Austria will be covered
• Keynote speakers: Annina Kaltenbrunner (Leeds University Business School) & Stephan Pühringer (JKU Linz)
• Eduard März Prize: €1,000 for an outstanding full paper
