Join us for the upcoming SUERF BAFFI Bocconi e-Lecture entitled “Global trends in climate change litigation: 2023 snapshot” with Joana Setzer and Catherine Higham (Research and Policy Fellow at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, LSE) who will present their latest stocktaking of pending cases of climate litigation.

Renowned experts including Jean Boissinot (Deputy Director, Financial Stability, Banque de France I Head of Secretariat, Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS)), Bernard De Longevialle (Global Head of Sustainable Finance, S&P Global Rating), and Alex Lombos (Lawyer, Accountable Finance, ClientEarth) will add views from the legal profession, central banking, and on implications for credit ratings and firm value. The event will be moderated by Chiara Zilioli (General Counsel of the ECB I Goethe Universität Frankfurt).
