The Equity and Justice (EQU) Research Group at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) in Laxenburg, Austria, is looking to recruit a highly motivated (PostDoc) economist to address the financing challenges and options, including insurance, for upscaling nature-based solutions (NbS) as a response to extreme climate events and biodiversity degradation.

We offer an initial fixed-term, part-time or full-time (28 - 40 hours per week) employment contract for one year, with the possibility of extension thereafter.

This is a great opportunity to work on global policy relevant issues with an interdisciplinary team.
