Dear colleagues,

As circulated before, the Wittgenstein Centre for Demography and Global Human Capital is dedicating its annual conference to the “Demographic Aspects of the COVID-19 Pandemic and its Consequences”.

Following up on the Conference announcement published on 23 March 2020, please find attached the updated Call for Papers. It is open until 31 July 2020.
You can find the call also
here on our website.

The conference will take place from 30 November to 1 December 2020 in Vienna, Austria.

Given that the pandemic is still ongoing, we also welcome submission of papers which plan to use the data that may not yet be available. However, a clear research plan should be presented in the abstract.

Preferably we would like to meet and discuss with all presenters and participants in person as in the past. Nevertheless, we will keep the options for a (partly) online conference open.

We would be very grateful if you could distribute this information within your networks.

Our apologies for any cross posting.

With kind regards

The organising team
