Lithuania is a small country with big neighbours, well known as a model of fast and efficient adaptation to new economic challenges and high fiscal discipline. The lecture will address potential lessons that may be learned from the reform process that took place in Lithuania in the last years. Focus will also be on foreign economic relations in the region, drivers of growth and investment conditions. What can we learn from Lithuania?
