The WU-Workshop in Applied Econometrics (WUWAETRIX) is an informal workshop jointly organized by Jesus Crespo Cuaresma (WU Vienna) and Gernot Doppelhofer (NHH Bergen). Its fifth edition, WUWAETRIX-V: The Tremendous Workshop, will take place on June 14th, 2017 at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

The aim of the workshop is to provide a forum for constructive discussion of ongoing research on applied econometrics. The presentation of (eventually unfinished) work in progress is encouraged. In particular, work carried out by young researchers in the context of a PhD thesis will be given priority.

If you are interested in presenting your research at the workshop, please send an extended abstract of your paper (or a finished piece, if you have one) to jcrespo@wu.ac.at by May 7th.
