The 14th Young Economists Conference will take place on 2–3 October 2025 in Linz. The conference is aimed at early-career researchers (Master’s, Pre- or Post-Doc), particularly from the fields of economics, political science, and sociology.
This year’s focus will be on global crises, inequalities, and the challenges of a just and ecological transformation.

• Abstract submission (max. 1 page) by 18 May 2025 to yec@akwien.at
• No conference fee, accommodation and train travel within Austria will be covered
• Keynotes: Annina Kaltenbrunner (Leeds University Business School) and Stephan Pühringer (JKU Linz)
• Eduard März Prize: €1,000 for an outstanding full paper
