Dear colleagues, the Vienna Institute of Demography (VID) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (OeAW), Austria's leading non-university research and science institution, is offering a PHD STUDENT POSITION (F*M) (part-time / 30h per week) to join the research group on Economic Demography in the project "Reducing Inequality Within and Across Generations" (RIWAG) funded by the OeNB Anniversary Fund for a duration of up to 2 years. Miguel Sánchez-Romero and his team aim at providing a unified framework for studying and mitigating the economic and demographic consequences of increasing inequality not just in respect to income and wealth but also in respect to health and longevity.
