Liebe*r Studierende*r,

Dear students,

When we’re stressed, it’s easy to feel like we’re the only ones struggling, but in reality, many of our fellow students are facing similar challenges.

Talking with peers can be a powerful way to reflect on difficulties, ask questions, and gain new perspectives – all in a setting where everyone’s on equal footing.
Everyday issues often become easier to understand and manage when we share them in a supportive environment.
