Liebe Studierenden,
In dem Workshop „The Four Levels of Listening“ wird

Programm
*** English Version ***
Dear students,
December can be a month of felt contradictions: on the one hand, the cold and dark season invites you to retreat, rest and recuperate, while on the other hand, you may want to get a lot done before
the holidays or the end of the year. This can lead to dissatisfaction and a confusion of priorities, wishes and realities.
To make it easier for you
to listen to yourself and your needs in harmony with the environment, we have planned some lovely group activities in December:
Our guest expert this month is
Ana Bernardes. She is a psychologist, trainer and facilitator with a focus on
embodiment and movement and works in the corporate and educational settings. In the workshop "The Four Levels of Listening", Ana will
apply the concept of Theory U developed by Otto Scharmer (MIT) and invite you to directly experience how individual self-responsibility can influence and change the collective.
To make sure you get
enough space to rest and recuperate, you can take part in the interactive talk "Improving your Sleep". This talk will include elements of
myth busting, self-reflection and strengthening your awareness and sleep competencies.
Here are the details for our December activities:
