wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass am Freitag, den 30. November 2018 im Audimax des Teaching Centers der Digitalisierungsgipfel zum Thema „Europa als globaler Innovation Leader – Traum oder mögliche Realität?“ stattfinden wird. Bundeskanzler Sebastian Kurz und Eric Schmidt, Mitglied im Board of Directors der Alphabet Inc. und ehemaliger CEO von Google, sprechen im Audimax der WU über ihre Visionen eines digitalen Europas.

Diese Veranstaltung erfordert erhöhte Sicherheitsvorkehrungen.

Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass es im Teaching Center an diesem Tag zu Einschränkungen im Zugang sowie zu einer erhöhten Geräuschkulisse kommen kann.

Die Veranstaltung wird via Live-Stream in den Hörsaal TC.0.04 und den „Wiener Städtische“ Hörsaal TC.0.03 im Teaching Center übertragen und wird teilweise unter wu.ac.at/wutv zu sehen sein. Wenn Sie die Veranstaltung in einem der Hörsäle verfolgen möchten, bitten wir um vorherige Anmeldung.

Dear students,

We are writing to inform you about the digitalization summit talk entitled “Europa als globaler Innovation Leader – Traum oder mögliche Realität?” that will take place in the Audimax auditorium in WU’s Teaching Center on November 30, 2018. At this event, Austrian Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz and Eric Schmidt, member of the board of directors of Alphabet Inc. and former Google CEO, will discuss their visions of what a digital Europe might look like.

This event will require special security measures.

Please note that there will be access restrictions and possible noise disturbances in the Teaching Center building on the day of the event.

A live stream of the event will be broadcast to the TC.0.04 auditorium and the TC.0.03 Wiener Städtische auditorium. Parts of the event will also be streamed live on wu.ac.at/wutv. If you would like to watch the live stream in one of these auditoriums, please sign up in advance.
