Abstract: Digital trends and their impact on business models and business processes are present and wildly discussed, not only at C-level. But if you go deeper in the organization, companies stuck in developing concrete business cases based on the potential of technology. One issue is that there is not enough focus on the customer and market side. And on the other hand, the way to use new technologies is not known sufficiently. How to build a roadmap, to develop concrete business cases and derive a strategic enterprise architecture will be presented and discussed.
