Aufgrund von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten ist das Bibliothekszentrum von 25.07.2016 bis 07.08.2016 geschlossen. Die anderen Bibliotheksstandorte sind regulär geöffnet.
Die Entlehnfristen werden von uns so angepasst, dass in der Schließzeit keine Medien zurückgegeben werden müssen.
Die Rückgabe von Büchern kann während der
Gebäudeöffnungszeiten wie gewohnt über den Rückgabeautomaten durchgeführt werden.
Vorgemerkte Medien werden ab 08.08.2016 wieder bereitgestellt.
Der überwiegende Teil der elektronischen Quellen (Datenbanken,
E-Books,
E-Journals) kann von WU-Studierenden uneingeschränkt genutzt werden. Zugriff haben Sie am Campus und
von außerhalb per Fernzugriff.
Im WU-Katalog finden Sie
E-Books und E-Journals. Im WU-KatalogPlus
finden Sie Zeitschriftenartikel im Volltext. In der elektronischen Zeitschriftenbibliothek
finden Sie E-Journals.
Die Datenbanken, die nur an den Rechercheterminals in der Bibliothek zur Verfügung stehen, können während der Schließzeit nicht genutzt werden.
Online-Materialien zur Recherche und Nutzung von elektronischen Ressourcen finden Sie im
eLearning-Angebot der Universitätsbibliothek.
Das Team der Rechercheberatung unterstützt Sie auch während
der Schließzeit.

The Central Library will be closed from July 25 - August 7, 2016, due to maintenance and cleaning work. All other libraries on campus remain open.
Borrowing periods have been adjusted to make sure that no materials need to be returned during the time the Library is closed.
Media can be returned as usual during the
building opening hours at the self-service book return station.
Reserved books or other media will be available again after the Library reopens on August 8, 2016.
Most of our digital resources (databases,
eBooks,
eJournals) remain available to WU faculty, students, and staff without
restriction during the closure. Access is available on campus, and from off campus with a
VPN client.
Use the WU Catalog
to find eBooks and eJournals. Full-text articles can be found in the
CatalogPLUS.
The Electronic Journals Library lists all
of our 20.000+ eJournals.
The restricted-access databases are not accessible during the period that the Central Library is closed.
Instructions, tips, and tricks for researching and using digital resources are available online on the Library’s
eLearning page (in German).
The Library’s
Research Consultation team will be happy to provide email support during the period
that the Library is closed.
