Liebe Studierende, Heute ist es soweit: Learn 4.0 geht online und die Lehrenden der WU können die neuen Funktionen, die das Update mit sich bringt, ab jetzt nutzen. Da die Anpassungen der bestehenden Lernmaterialien an das neue System etwas Zeit in Anspruch nehmen werden, ändert sich für Sie als Studierende/r zunächst nur das linke Seitenmenü. Dort erscheint der Menüpunkt Lernen & Üben, wo Sie zukünftig die neuen Lernaktivitäten finden werden. Wirklich sichtbar werden die Neuerungen für Sie dann ab dem kommenden Wintersemester. Wenn Sie schon vorab einen Blick auf die Neuerungen werfen möchten, die Learn 4.0 für Sie mit sich bringen wird, können Sie sich auf unserer Projektseite<https://learn.wu.ac.at/about/learn4stud> umsehen und ein Beispiel-Lernmodul durchklicken. Außerdem hatten einzelne Lehrveranstaltungen bereits vor dem offiziellen Release Zugang zu den neuen Features und damit Gelegenheit, die Materialien anzupassen. From now on, WU's teaching staff is able to use the new functions and features attached to the update.

From the student perspective, however, the first changes are hardly visible: As the adaptation of the existing learning materials will take some time, for the time being you will only see a new option in the left menu bar ("Study & Practice"). Starting from the winter semester 2015 you will find new learning materials and activities there - with exception of a few courses that have already been part of the "early bird group" (the course "Finance<https://learn.wu.ac.at/dotlrn/classes/fin/one-community?page_num=0>" in the Bachelor program, for example, already offers several new activities and materials). If you are already curious about the future changes, you are cordially invited to approach the project website<https://learn.wu.ac.at/about/learn4stud>, which includes information as well as an exemplary learning module.
