This year, it is a great pleasure to have the band ALMA performing at WU. Alma is not only the new library system which, as you will well remember, was implemented this summer. ALMA are five young musicians whose lives have always been entangled with folk music. They cherish the traditional as much as its modern interpretation or collective improvisation; after all, folk music always adapts to the present and to its contemporaries. Sample music & reviews: http://www.almamusik.at/en/home-en/ Date: Tuesday, October 17, 2017 Time: 7pm-9.30pm, admission 6.30pm Location: EA building, foyer Admission is free but due to limited seats a reservation is required.
