WU talks." has already gotten off to a successful start with topics like opening new markets in Eastern Europe, corrupt managers, education in Austria, and inequality, social mobility and social policy. On January 23, 2017, the Department of Information Systems & Operations Management will be holding the first of these public lectures organized by a WU department. Jan Mendling and Alexander Kaiser will be talking about the the uncertainty factor and its potential for future business processes, and the opportunities it offers to re-think entire processes and learn from the future.
