Liebe Studierende,

für die kommende Prüfungswoche (24.-29.1.2022) sind einige Regeln und Punkte zu beachten, an dir wir euch noch einmal eindringlich erinnern möchten. Sie dienen dazu, euch möglichst sicher durch die Prüfungszeit zu bringen und das Semester gut und erfolgreich abzuschließen!   

2,5G+ Regel während der Prüfungswoche (24.-29.1.2022)

· Alle Studierenden müssen für die Teilnahme an Präsenz-Prüfungen einen negativen PCR-Test vorweisen, der nicht älter als 48 Stunden sein darf. Dies gilt auch für Studierende, die (mehrfach) geimpft oder genesen sind.

· Die Kontrollen dazu finden zentral vor dem Teaching Center statt, d.h. dass der 2,5G+ Nachweis auch für alle anderen Nutzungen des TC während dieses Zeitraums (Lehrveranstaltungen, Projekträume, Lernzonen) erforderlich ist. Bei Präsenz-Prüfungen in anderen Gebäuden finden die Kontrollen vor Ort statt.

Was müsst ihr dabei beachten?

· Kommt bitte 30-45 Minuten vor Beginn der Präsenz-Prüfung an den Campus, da es gerade während den Stoßzeiten zu Verzögerungen kommen kann. Um die Wartezeiten gering zu halten, bereitet bitte das PCR-Testergebnis sowie einen Lichtbildausweis vor. Wichtig: Nehmt bitte das PCR-Testergebnis ausgedruckt mit, es muss dabei der genaue Abnahmezeitpunkt (Tag/Uhrzeit) bzw. die Gültigkeitsdauer ersichtlich sein.

· ÖH-WU Teststraße: Damit ihr rechtzeitig euer Testergebnis erhaltet, werden die Öffnungszeiten für die Großprüfungswoche erweitert: von Sonntag 23.1. bis Freitag 28.1. täglich von 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr. Erfolgt die Abnahme vor 16 Uhr, ist laut ÖH-WU das Testergebnis bis spätestens zur ersten Prüfung am nächsten Tag verfügbar. Für Studierende ohne österreichische SV-Nummer ist der PCR-Test ebenso kostenlos, wenn sie eine Prüfungsanmeldung für die nächsten Tage vorlegen.

· Kein rechtzeitiges PCR-Testergebnis erhalten? Kann glaubhaft gemacht werden, dass das PCR-Testergebnis nicht rechtzeitig ausgewertet wurde, darf alternativ ein negatives Antigen-Testergebnis (z.B. von der ÖH-WU Teststraße, aber KEIN Wohnzimmertest) vorgelegt werden, das nicht älter als 24 Stunden ist.

· Genesen, aber immer noch PCR positiv? Für kürzlich Genesene mit einem weiterhin positiven PCR-Testergebnis ist die Teilnahme an Prüfungen möglich, wenn sie ein PCR-Testergebnis (nicht älter als 48 Stunden) mit einem Ct-Wert ≥ 30 nachweisen können. Allfällige andere Nachweise werden nicht anerkannt.

· Meldung bei COVID-19-Erkrankung: Wenn euer PCR-Test positiv ausfiel, dann bleibt bitte zu Hause, kontaktiert die Gesundheitshotline 1450 und füllt das COVID-Meldeformular aus.

Welche weiteren Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sind zu beachten?

· FFP2-Maskenpflicht: In den Gebäuden der WU und damit auch in den Hörsälen muss durchgehend eine FFP2-Maske getragen werden. Studierende mit einem dementsprechenden medizinischen Attest (z.B. aufgrund von Behinderung/chronischer Erkrankung) sind davon ausgenommen.

· WU Check-in: Sobald die gültige Sitzordnung hergestellt ist, nutzt den WU Check-in. Die Sitzplatznummer findet ihr direkt auf dem Tisch, eine Anleitung dazu gibt es in den FAQs.

Dear students,

for the upcoming examination week (January 24-29, 2022) there are some rules and considerations to be observed, which we would like to remind you of once again. They serve to get you through the exam period as safely as possible and to finish the semester well and successfully! 

2.5G+ rule during exam week (Jan. 24-29, 2022)

All students must present a negative PCR test no more than 48 hours old to sit in-person exams. This also applies to students who are vaccinated (multiple times) or have recovered.

The PCR test controls will take place centrally outside the Teaching Center (TC), i.e. the 2.5G+ proof is also required for all other uses of the TC building during this period (courses, project rooms, learning zones). For on-campus exams in other buildings, the checks will take place on site.

What to bear in mind? 

· Please arrive on campus 30-45 minutes before the start of the on-campus exam, as there may be delays, especially during peak hours. In order to keep the waiting time for the checks short, please prepare the PCR test result and a photo ID. Important: Please take a printout of the PCR test result with you, as it must show the exact date/time of the test and the period of validity.

· ÖH-WU Teststraße: In order to get your test result in time, the opening hours for the examination week will be extended: from Sunday, January 23, to Friday, January 28, daily from 08:00 to 16:00. According to ÖH-WU, if you take the test before 4 p.m., the test result will be available at the latest by the time of first exam the next day. For students without an Austrian social-security number, the PCR test is also free of charge if they have an exam registration for the upcoming days.

· You did not receive your PCR test result in time? If you can present plausible proof that you didn’t get your PCR test results because of delays of the testing facility, you can alternatively present a negative anti-gen test (e.g. taken at ÖH-WU Testraße, but NOT an at-home test) result that is not older than 24 hours instead.

· Recovered but still PCR positive? For recently recovered individuals with a continuing positive PCR test result, participation in exams is possible if they can provide a PCR test result (not older than 48 hours) with a Ct value ≥ 30. Any other certificates will not be accepted.

· Reporting COVID-19 disease: If your PCR test was positive, please stay at home, contact the 1450 health hotline, and complete the COVID-Notification-Form.

What other safety measures should be taken?

· FFP2 mask requirement: An FFP2 mask must be worn at all times in all WU buildings, including lecture halls. Students with a respective medical certificate (e.g. due to disability/chronic illness) are exempt from this requirement.

· WU Check-in: As soon as the valid seating arrangement is established, please use the WU Check-in. You will find your seat number directly on the table, instructions are available in the FAQs.
