wie angekündigt, melden wir uns mit Neuigkeiten rund um das Thema Online-Prüfungen und Distanzlehre.

1. Neu für euch gestaltet – Infos zu Online-Prüfungen und Distanzlehre

· Wie funktionieren Lehrveranstaltungen online? Welche Tools sind dafür nützlich? Fragen wie diese werden auf der Webseite zur Distanzlehre beantwortet.

· Informationen zu Prüfungsarten, Prüfungsablauf und erforderlicher technischer Ausstattung findet ihr auf der Webseite zu Online-Prüfungen. Mit Hilfe von Schlagwortverzeichnis und Checklisten findet ihr Tipps und alle Infos.

· News und Infos zum Studierenden- und Campusleben aufgrund von COVID-19 findet ihr weiterhin zusammengefasst auf dieser Webseite.

2. Neue Features in MYLEARN – „on air“ ab 08.06.2020

· Prüfungserklärung: Bei schriftlichen Online-Prüfungen erscheint der aktualisierte Text nun als PopUp in MYLEARN. Nur wenn ihr der Prüfungserklärung zugestimmt habt, könnt ihr die Prüfung starten.

· Vorschaubilder: Bei schriftlichen Onlineprüfungen mit Onlineaufsicht könnt ihr während der Prüfung sehen, dass eure Kamera und euer Mikrofon aufzeichnen, sofern diese Funktion von den PrüferInnen freigegeben wurde.

· Setup-Test: Wir empfehlen, eure Kamera, das Mikrofon und die Bildschirmfreigabe hier zu testen.

· Weitere Testläufe schon nächste Woche auf MYLEARN: Termine und Anmeldung

3. Prüfungswoche Juni

Die Webseite Prüfungswoche online wurde aktualisiert und neu gestaltet. Hier findet ihr den neuen Prüfungsplan, die Liste der Prüfungsverantwortlichen sowie alle Infos zur Prüfungswoche.

4. Sommeruni 2020

Das Programm für die Sommeruni findet ihr ab nächster Woche im eVVz.

As previously announced, we are writing to you today to keep you updated with the latest information about online exams and distance learning.

1. We’ve updated our information on online exams and distance learning for you (the information will be available in English soon)

· How do online courses work? Which tools and applications can be used? You can find answers to questions like these on our distance learning web page.

· Information on the various types of exams, how they are held, and the required technical equipment is available on our web page on online exams. We have put together a keyword index and checklists to help you find all the information you need more easily.

· A summary of key news and information regarding student and campus life during the COVID-19 situation is available on this web page (in English).

2. New MyLEARN features to go live on June 8, 2020

· Examination statement: In written online exams, the updated text will be displayed as a pop-up window on MyLEARN. You can only start the exam once you have confirmed the examination statement.

· Preview function: In written online exams with online exam supervision, you will be able to monitor your camera and your microphone when they are recording, if the examiner has activated this function.

· Setup test: We recommend that you test your camera, your microphone, and the screen-sharing function here.

· Further test runs on MyLEARN starting next week: dates and sign-up

3. June exam week

We have updated and redesigned the online examination week web page, where you can find the new exam schedule, the list of the faculty members responsible for the individual exams, and further information about the exam week.

4. 2020 Summer University program

The program of this year’s Summer University will be posted in the online course catalog next week.
