Liebe Studierende,

die gültigen Nachweise für das Betreten der Gebäude der WU sowie für die Teilnahme an Lehrveranstaltungen und Prüfungen in Präsenz werden an eine gesetzliche Änderung angepasst.

Ab 1. Oktober 2021 gilt 2,5G mit den folgenden Nachweisen:

1. „Getestet“: ausschließlich PCR-Tests mit einer Gültigkeit von 48 Stunden, d.h. KEINE Antigentests mehr! Links zu PCR-Testmöglichkeiten in Wien und den Bundesländern.

2. „Genesen“: Genesungszertifikat

3. „Geimpft“: Impfung mit einem zentral zugelassenen Impfstoff gegen COVID-19

Nachweise, die ebenfalls eine Genesung oder Impfung bestätigen:

§ Nachweis über neutralisierende Antikörper

Wenn ihr euch impfen lassen wollt, habt ihr die Möglichkeit, die Impfung ohne Termin und ggf. auch ohne e-card direkt am Campus WU zu bekommen. #wuimpft

Wir empfehlen euch dringend, während der 2,5G-Kontrollen sowie in den Gebäuden bis zum Sitzplatz eine FFP2-Maske zu tragen, auch wenn bei LVs und Prüfungen keine Maskenpflicht vorgesehen ist. Zur Identitätsfeststellung, z.B. bei Prüfungen, kann verlangt werden diese kurz abzunehmen.

Dear students,

the valid proofs for accessing the buildings of WU as well as for taking part in courses and exams on campus will be adapted to a change in the law.

Effective October 1, 2021, 2,5G will apply with the following proofs:

1. Tested ("Getestet"): Exclusively PCR tests with a validity of 48 hours, i.e. NO more antigen tests! Links to PCR testing possibilities in Vienna and the federal states (in German).

2. Recovered ("Genesen"): Recovery certificate

3. Vaccinated ("Geimpft"): Vaccination with a centrally authorized COVID-19 vaccine.

Proofs that also confirm recovery or vaccination:

If you want, you have the opportunity to get vaccinated directly at the campus WU without an appointment and, if needed, without an e-card. #wuvaccinates

We strongly recommend that you wear an FFP2 mask during the 2,5G controls and in the buildings all the way to your seat, even if masks are not mandatory for courses and exams. For identification purposes, e.g. during examinations, you may be asked to remove the mask briefly.
