Die Aufbauarbeiten, Proben sowie die Feierlichkeiten können eventuell in der Bibliothek wahrgenommen werden. Für ungestörtes Arbeiten haben Sie die Möglichkeit auf die Lernzonen im Teaching Center sowie in den Department Gebäuden auszuweichen. Wir ersuchen Sie von 14 – 18 Uhr nur folgende Ein- und Ausgänge zu benutzen: · Hintereingang Nord (hinter Festsaal 1 und 2) inkl. dem Lift, der sich dort befindet · Seiteneingang Ost bei ZBP auf Ebene -1 inkl. dem Lift, der zur Bibliothek führt bzw. von dort kommt In diesem Zeitraum sind gesperrt: · Forum · Rampen · Ausgang des Liftes auf Rampe im Forum Diese Ein- und Ausgänge sind geöffnet. Wir ersuchen Sie jedoch, diese von 14 – 18 Uhr so weit wie möglich zu meiden: · Haupteingang · Lift und Ausgang hinter Infopult · Seiteneingang Ost Forum bei WU Merchandising Shop (neben Raum LC0.004 „Galerie“) · Zugang zum Library Café Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis und danken vielmals im Voraus! The necessary set-up work, rehearsals, and the ceremony itself will most likely be audible in the library. If you need a quiet place to work, please use the independent study areas in the Teaching Center or the department buildings.
