Dear colleagues, we are still full of hope that we can organize the fourth NOeG Winter Workshop for Austrian economists abroad and early career economists working in Austria (up to 3 years after PhD) from December 20 to 22 at WU Vienna in *presence*! (a cancelation due to government regulation until the last moment can never be excluded). The *Call for Papers ends on September 30*.We invite you to register <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1S1KCOZF0rLZlFhi3Z8bhYENp4yYQgJhj/view?usp=sharing> as early as possible. *Vaccination obligation:* We have decided to accept only fully vaccinated participants at the workshop (1G rule). Apart from the EU green pass, we also accept vaccination certificates from US/UK/UAE and similar. In addition, we might introduce mask requirements and/or a covid-test (which we might organize centrally). We hope to be able to meet many of you in person!
