Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass in diesem Zeitraum der gesamte 5. Stock des Teaching Centers (TC) für die Veranstaltung genutzt wird und daher die Seminarräume, Lernzonen und Projekteräume auf dieser Ebene nicht zugänglich sind. Am Donnerstag, den 28. November 2019, können die Aufbauarbeiten, Proben sowie die Feierlichkeiten im Forum des Library Centers (LC) eventuell in der Bibliothek wahrgenommen werden. Für ungestörtes Arbeiten haben Sie die Möglichkeit, auf die Lernzonen im Teaching Center (ausgenommen 5. Stock) sowie in den Department Gebäuden auszuweichen. Wir ersuchen Sie, am Donnerstag, den 28. November 2019 ab 18:00 Uhr nur folgende Ein- und Ausgänge des Library Centers (LC) zu benutzen: § Hintereingang Nord (hinter Festsaal 1 und 2) inkl. dem Lift, der sich dort befindet § Seiteneingang Ost bei ZBP auf Ebene -1 inkl. dem Lift, der zur Bibliothek führt bzw. von dort kommt In diesem Zeitraum sind Forum und Rampen gesperrt. Wir ersuchen Sie, ab 18:00 Uhr folgende Ein- und Ausgänge so weit wie möglich zu meiden: § Haupteingang § Lift und Ausgang hinter Infopult § Seiteneingang Ost Forum bei WU Shop (neben Raum LC0.004 "Galerie") § Zugang zum Library Café über das Forum Wir danken für Ihr Verständnis! From Wednesday, 27 November to Saturday, 30 November 2019 the CEMS ANNUAL EVENTS will take place at WU Campus.
For this period we would like to point out that the entire 5th floor of the Teaching Center (TC) will be used for the event and therefore the seminar rooms, learning zones and project rooms will not be accessible. On Thursday, 28 November 2019, the construction work, rehearsals and the festivities at the Forum of the Library Center (LC) will most likely be audible in the library. For undisturbed work you have the possibility to use the learning zones in the Teaching Center (except 5th floor) as well as in the Department buildings. On Thursday, 28.11.2019, we ask you to use only the following entrances and exits of the Library Center (LC) from 06:00 p.m.: § North rear entrance (behind Ceremonial Halls 1 and 2) and the elevator located there § East side entrance near the ZBP Career Center on level -1 and the elevator to and from the library During the time indicated the Forum and Ramps are closed.
