Liebe Studierende,
am Freitag, den 7. Oktober 2016 findet die nächste Bachelor Sponsion im LC Forum statt.
Die Aufbauarbeiten, Proben sowie die Feierlichkeiten können eventuell in der Bibliothek wahrgenommen werden. Für ungestörtes Arbeiten habe Sie die Möglichkeit auf die Lernzonen im Teaching Center sowie in den Departmentgebäuden auszuweichen.
Wir ersuchen Sie von 14 – 18 Uhr nur folgende Ein- und Ausgänge zu benutzen:
· Hintereingang Nord (hinter Festsaal 1 und 2) inkl. dem Lift, der sich dort befindet
· Seiteneingang Ost bei ZBP auf Ebene -1 inkl. dem Lift, der zur Bibliothek führt bzw. von dort kommt
In diesem Zeitraum gesperrt sind:
· Forum
· Rampen
· Ausgang des Liftes auf Rampe im Forum
Diese Ein- und Ausgänge sind geöffnet. Wir ersuchen Sie jedoch, diese von 14 – 18 Uhr so weit wie möglich zu meiden:
· Haupteingang
· Lift und Ausgang hinter Infopult
· Seiteneingang Ost Forum bei WU Merchandising Shop (neben Raum LC0.004 „Galerie“)
· Zugang zum Library Café

Dear students,
The next commencement ceremony for graduates of our bachelor’s programs will be held in the LC Forum on Friday, October 7, 2016.
The necessary set-up work, rehearsals, and the ceremony itself will most likely be audible in the library. If you need a quiet place to work, it is recommended that you use the independent study zones in the Teaching Center or the department buildings.
Please use only the following entrances and exits from 2:00-6:00pm on Friday:
· North rear entrance (behind Ceremonial Halls 1 and 2) and the elevator located there
· East side entrance by the ZBP on level -1, incl. the elevator to and from the library
The following areas are closed during this time:
· Forum
· Ramps
· Elevator access to the ramp in the Forum
The following entrances and exits will be open, but we would appreciate it if you could avoid using them as much as possible:
· Main entrance
· Elevator and exit behind the information desk
· East side entrance to the Forum, by the WU Merchandising Shop (next to room LC0.004)
· Inside entrance to the Library Café
