Bitte achten Sie insbesondere bei Online-Überweisungen darauf, Daten aus früheren Überweisungen zu löschen (z.B. im Rahmen von Vorlagen)! Selbstverständlich ist weiterhin die Bezahlung direkt am Terminal möglich. Beträge, die Sie auf das bisherige Konto einzahlen, werden rücküberwiesen. Sie erreichen damit keine Rückmeldung für das Wintersemester 2017/18. Bitte melden Sie die Fortsetzung innerhalb der Frist (bis 5. September bzw. Nachfrist bis 30. November), um die Zulassung nicht zu verlieren und weiterhin Prüfungen absolvieren zu dürfen! When transferring your fees/dues online, please make sure to delete the bank details of previous bank transfers (e.g. in your templates). You may also pay the fees/dues at our self-service terminals. Any fees/dues paid to WU’s previous bank account, will be transferred back to you, and your re-registration for the 2017/18 winter semester will NOT be valid. Please re-register by paying the applicable fees/dues by the deadline (September 5, 2017, regular re-registration deadline / November 30, 2017, extended deadline). WU Sommerfest am 22. Juni 2017: Infos zur Nutzung der Lehr-/Lernräume / WU Summer Celebration on June 22, 2017: information on classrooms and independent study areas availability

Please scroll down for the English version. Liebe Studierende, am 22. Juni findet am Campus das große WU Sommerfest statt. Das Fest beginnt ab 15:00 Uhr mit dem Kinder- und Sportprogramm sowie dem WU Food Court und den Aktivitäten der Sponsor/inn/en. Ab 18:00 Uhr erfolgt die offizielle Eröffnung. Lehrräume und Selbststudienzonen Um 18.00 Uhr werden die Lehrräume im Teaching Center, sowie jene in den Departmentgebäuden geschlossen. Zum Lernen stehen ihnen, wie gewohnt, sämtliche Selbststudienzonen und Projekträume zu Verfügung. Bibliothek Das OMV Bibliothekszentrum schließt am 22. Juni ebenfalls um 18.00 Uhr. Als Ersatz bietet die Bibliothek an beiden folgenden Sonntagen verlängerte Öffnungszeiten an: Sonntag, 25.6.2017 von 9:00 - 20:00 Uhr Sonntag, 2.7.2017 von 9:00 - 20:00 Uhr Die genauen Öffnungszeiten (auch jene der Spezialbibliotheken) finden Sie online unter: https://www.wu.ac.at/bibliothek/ueber-die-bib/oeffnungszeiten/ PC-Räume Die PC-Räume im Teaching Center sowie in den Departmentgebäuden werden am 22. Juni ebenfalls um 18.00 Uhr geschlossen. Die PC-Räume im Untergeschoß des Library & Learning Centers werden bis 21.30 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen. An den darauffolgenden Tagen gelten die üblichen Öffnungszeiten. Das Team der WU Studieninformation ******************************************** Dear students, The big WU Summer Celebration will be held on campus on June 22, 2017. The Celebration starts at 3:00 pm with the kids' and sporting activities, the WU Food Court, and the sponsors' activities. The official opening is at 6:00 pm. Classrooms and independent study areas All classrooms in the Teaching Center and the Department buildings will be closed at 6:00 pm. For studying, students may use the independent study areas and project rooms, as usual. Library On June 22, the OMV Central Library will also close at 6:00 pm. In compensation, the library will offer extended opening hours on the following days: Sunday, June 25, 2017 - 09:00 am to 08:00 pm Sunday, July 2, 2017 - 09:00 am to 08:00 pm For more information on the opening hours of the Central Library (and the branch libraries) please see: https://www.wu.ac.at/en/library/about/openinghours/ PC labs On June 22, the PC labs in the Teaching Center and the Department buildings will also close at 6:00 pm. Bachelor-Sponsion im LC Forum / Commencement ceremony for graduates of the bachelor’s programs in the LC Forum

Liebe Studierende, am Freitag, den 09. Juni 2017 findet die nächste Bachelor-Sponsion im LC Forum statt. Die Aufbauarbeiten, Proben sowie die Feierlichkeiten können eventuell in der Bibliothek wahrgenommen werden. Für ungestörtes Arbeiten haben Sie die Möglichkeit auf die Lernzonen im Teaching Center sowie in den Department Gebäuden auszuweichen. Wir ersuchen Sie von 14 – 18 Uhr nur folgende Ein- und Ausgänge zu benutzen: · Hintereingang Nord (hinter Festsaal 1 und 2) inkl. dem Lift, der sich dort befindet · Seiteneingang Ost bei ZBP auf Ebene -1 inkl. dem Lift, der zur Bibliothek führt bzw. von dort kommt In diesem Zeitraum sind gesperrt: · Forum · Rampen · Ausgang des Liftes auf Rampe im Forum Diese Ein- und Ausgänge sind geöffnet. Wir ersuchen Sie jedoch, diese von 14 – 18 Uhr so weit wie möglich zu meiden: · Haupteingang · Lift und Ausgang hinter Infopult · Seiteneingang Ost Forum bei WU Merchandising Shop (neben Raum LC0.004 „Galerie“) · Zugang zum Library Café Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis und danken vielmals im Voraus! The necessary set-up work, rehearsals, and the ceremony itself will most likely be audible in the library. If you need a quiet place to work, please use the independent study areas in the Teaching Center or the department buildings. Please use only the following entrances and exits from 2:00-6:00 pm on Friday: · North rear entrance (behind Ceremonial Halls 1 and 2) and the elevator located there · East side entrance by the ZBP Career Center on level -1, and the elevator to and from the library The following areas are closed during this time: · Forum · Ramps · Elevator access to the ramp in the Forum The following entrances and exits will be open, but we would appreciate it if you could avoid using them as much as possible between 2:00 – 6:00 pm: · Main entrance · Elevator and exit behind the information desk · East side entrance to the Forum, by the WU Merchandising Shop (next to room LC0.004) · Indoor entrance to the Library Café We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your cooperation!
